Our Services Owner to Owner Motors LLC provides vehicle consignment services.

We assist sellers in marketing, listing, showing, and negotiating the sale of their vehicles on a commission basis.

We do not purchase vehicles; we act as an agent on behalf of the seller.

No Upfront Fees

Our services are commission-based. You owe us nothing unless your vehicle sells. Commission rates are 5-10% of the final sale price, determined at the time of our consignment agreement.

Seller Responsibilities

You represent that you are the legal owner of the vehicle and have the right to authorize its sale. You agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle's condition, history, and title status. Misrepresentation may result in termination of our agreement.

Communications

By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Owner to Owner Motors LLC via phone, SMS, and email regarding our services. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP at any time.

No Guarantee of Sale

While we make every effort to sell your vehicle at the best possible price, we do not guarantee a sale or a specific sale price or timeline.

Limitation of Liability

Owner to Owner Motors LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed any commission fees paid.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our SMS program is intended for users 18 years of age and older.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
